Physical Products

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cinematic Excursions. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

I only offer shipping to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment processing time

All physical orders are processed within 2–3 days of receipt. Orders are not processed on US National holidays.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, I will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, and packages are delivered within 2-5 business days of shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Cinematic Excursions ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cinematic Excursions is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

Cinematic Excursions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Digital Products

** ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ON CINEMATICEXCURSIONS.COM ARE NOT EDITABLE FILES. IT IS MEANT TO BE DOWNLOADED AND PRINTED**

  1. Digital Products are delivered immediately after purchase.

  2. You are granted immediate access to the Digital Products after payment.

  3. There is no physical mailing or specific delivery time unless stated otherwise.

  4. No postal or delivery method exists for Digital Products.

  5. Once payment is complete, you will have immediate access to the Digital Product.

  6. Please enter an email you check frequently so your access to the Digital Product is not delayed.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:

  1. After it's purchased, the file is available for download on the Order Confirmation page. 

  2. You will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

    • This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase.

    • If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

  3. Print the pages you plan on using and print as many as you need!
